I bought these as a replacement for a set of Flow Flite 2's and hoped that they would cut down the squishy delay of the 2's. The did hold tighter and offered much more input for hopping onto things but they were not really any easier to get into that the flows or regular strap in bindings. They only have pictures with arrows to show you how to set them up. they are very easy to get out of but not so easy to get into on an incline. They are less flexy that the 2's but they have a very hard base that really beats on you in the corner and to get solid response out of them they have to be cranked down ridiculously tight. I would recommend these to someone trying to ride a really stiff board but if you are rolling something softer I'd suggest just getting the "The Five" or a pair of M9's to get your input with easy in and out. I don't think the Flows with the X staps are very predictable but the ones with the H straps are. Ride LX strap bindings out preformed these for me on the same board.

Very simple to get in and out of. Feels comfortable and secure. A bit heavy compared to conventional bindings.
