These bindings are a lot faster than the standard 4 strap binding. I was a bit leary prior to buying them that the front would not hold very well. Since using them, I have found they hold just fine. The part that I would improve upon is the release mechanism of the sole ratchet on each binding. They are hard to release, I have found that smacking them with my hand is the easiest to get them to release rather than the gentle lifting required on a standard binding.

If I had the choice of stardard (like the Burton Missions I had before) or the K2 Auto bindings, I would go with the K2 Autos. I cannot speak to Flows or the other bindings since I have not tried them.
